Rule 23: Carrier Terminal Rules and Charges
Carrier does not operate terminals at origin or destination. Except as otherwise provided in NRA/NSA, all shipments will be subject to the origin and destination terminal charges assessed by the underlying ocean carrier, including demurrage charges, whose vessel will be clearly identified on bills of lading.
