Rule 18: Returned Cargo
It shall be permissible for cargo be recalled by US CBP or other duly authorized regulatory body for any reason stated in the official discharge of lawful duties, or by the Carrier for any reason including the enforcement of lien on cargo to be auctioned for the just settlement of any unpaid fees.
